Shipping & Returns
All artwork and merchandise are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times vary depending on location and product type.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Original artwork: Non-commissioned originals may be returned if they are in their original condition and the buyer pays for return shipping.
Commissioned artwork: Commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
Prints and merchandise: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or are returned in original condition at the buyer’s expense.
